Experiences would be paying 100% close attention to how decorating can go in different ways. There are so many ways decorating could go as far as color, theme, specific detail on how someone is asking for specific detail. Interior Designing is very similar on how specific detail the design is and how it is wanting to be performed. From experience decorating is very exciting to see how you can put something together and how well it actually comes out!! This also comes with mostly having to record how the design is wanted or what's being put together and decorated. Experience with speaking to others about designing and how its wanted to be put all together.

When did you realize you had a passion for your profession?

I would say I started developed my passion for profession when I was maybe 14. I was starting to become more of who I am and I think that lead me to this and doing my own thing with interior designing and decorating on my own time!!! I have been doing this for myself, friends, especially for fun id say for quite some time now. I don't ever plan on stopping! Even if I keep doing it on my own!

I have created a "Lifty Loft" I had put together a relaxing room in my loft where I can go sit on the futon and do my music and my work, just a little escape area. I added some lights, tapestries, flowers, and splashed the color yellow in there as well! With the futon I have a white rug that sits in front of the futon on the floor with a coffee table to sit my laptop and music set up on. I had to take advantage of the small space and make it my little escape!! I have created a "Loving Living Room" I did this with a Valentines Day theme added to it! I have a 8 ft couch, tan. a tv entertainment center that I had put rose pedals on all spread out, I added white see through curtains, "LOVE" sign standing on the tv entertainment center, white pillows to match the curtains, I had added pink lights on top of the curtains that wrapped around the whole living room!! The ottoman had also had a pink and red "LOVE" blanket on it that for some reason brightened the room!!! I had also put a white table cloth on the table with a pink run though that went down the table with red roses. One of my absolute favorite I decorated was a "Beach Luau Mermaid" theme birthday party for a little girl. We had girls wear the Luau outfits and some girls dressed as a mermaid and most of the men just wore bathing suits. We had beach balls in the pool, a table of food that had beach snacks and pineapples, coconuts, all kinds of punches to drink, had sub sandwiches, had an ALOHA sign as you entered the party, cookies that were shaped as beach balls, surf boards, the sun, mermaids, Pina colada cake pops, had flowers, streamers, balloons all set up on the walls, tables, chairs, grill area. We made an area with a table and made a pink background with balloons and lights and flowers. This was so fun to do and put together, This was by far the best yet! I designed my moms basement, she wanted a living room and a place where she can clean and sport her laundry. I had put together some red fabric couches and a white tv stand and a coffee table that was white color as well, her laundry area is located on the other side of the small couch area I had put together, I had found this tall rack that I could hang up over the washer and dryer, I had spray painted it white, hung it up so the soap and laundry utensils could go on the rack. I got this laundry sorter for her, to sort her laundry that fits perfectly on the wall. I had also got some fake flowers and dressed up the couch area and had also found another white table to put next to the washer to have to put baskets on or what not. I found a lot of "laundry here" signs at hobby lobby that works perfect for her new laundry area!! It looks so much better!! Glad I was able to help and make it look so much brighter down there and feel more homey.

Fun fact about you:

Outside of interior design and decorating, I love sports and being active!!! When I am not usually doing much or don't have much to do I usually am swimming, hiking, playing some kind of ball or taking a walk or jog or walk the dog for fun! If I am not doing that then I will be at work or a ball game of some sport!!

Expectation Steps of Requested Booking

1) Your consultant will be sent your requested day and time of consultation

2) Your consultant will either "agree and confirm" or "request a reschedule"

3) If a reschedule or consultant reassignment is needed then you will be contacted with a new consultant suggestion based on similar qualifications and schedule availability of new consultant.

4) Once both parties have agreed, a confirmation of acceptance will be emailed out.

5) In the event no consultant is available to meet your requested booking time frame and/or appointment type your payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time prior to 48 hours before your consultation takes place. Appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment time-frame will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
