The kit comes with 100 cards so that you can determine how many of those apply to your home specifically (each home on average has about 25-30 feature cards that are applicable). You can then simply hang and/or place them throughout your home using the mini level and they can be held up with sticky pads, push pins, or mini easels already included in the kit. This is a great way to call out some items in your home that might be "newer" but not completely "new" as both options are shown as such in many categories such as "newer roof" and "newer water heater."
