When did you realize you had a passion for your profession?

I spent my childhood rearranging my bedroom furniture and repainting the walls. I set the table daily with great-grandma's china, linens, and a fresh arrangement of flowers gathered from the backyard. I've always felt compelled to great beautiful spaces, I love helping others find what is beauty to them and bring that into their everyday life.

Interior Design Professionals are typically experienced with a variety of styles. Describe your favorite spaces you have created:

Favorite projects include assisting a young couple in selecting their first set of furniture for their new home, bridging the gap between their fresh modern style and the craftsman home. I also love breathing new life into a home using items already there. I helped a pair of empty nesters recreate their home using items they already had on hand, or another woman who felt overwhelmed by the large home and lack of progress. We simplified the design steps and created plan she could easily tackle step by step to help create a comfortable, inviting home that reflected her own personal style.

Favorite places you have visited that sparked your artistic side or inspired you to design:

Japan has a beautiful aesthetic and such fine craftsmanship. I also love the chaos and color and fest of life you see in India. Locally, getting out to the mountains or sea allows beautiful mother nature to inspire bringing a bit of that peace and beauty back into our homes and daily life.

Your top 3 favorite foods to eat if all food was equally healthy:

I grew up in New York so good NY pizza is essential, I also love ramen during Seattle winters, and Molly Moon's ice cream any time of the year!

A few of my favorite things: making homemade bread, riding my Vespa scooter around West Seattle, and playing beach volleyball.

Expectation Steps of Requested Booking

1) Your consultant will be sent your requested day and time of consultation

2) Your consultant will either "agree and confirm" or "request a reschedule"

3) If a reschedule or consultant reassignment is needed then you will be contacted with a new consultant suggestion based on similar qualifications and schedule availability of new consultant.

4) Once both parties have agreed, a confirmation of acceptance will be emailed out.

5) In the event no consultant is available to meet your requested booking time frame and/or appointment type your payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time prior to 48 hours before your consultation takes place. Appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment time-frame will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
